Full groom includes 2 hydromassage baths, conditioning or shedless treatment, blow dry and brush out, nails cut and filed, ears cleaned, dental spray, accessory and a quick photo. Trimming or a full haircut can be added on. Glands and ear hair only done on request.

Pets on a regular grooming schedule can get a tidy up groom. This includes everything in the full groom except there is not any length taken off and instead the pet is hand scissored to neaten them up. This focuses on the face, feet, sanitary, and belly,
